4 Account Security

• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your name.
• Use of third-party payment accounts is prohibited.

5.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Identity verification (KYC) may need to be completed before the first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if the wagering requirements attached to a bonus have not been met.
• Withdrawals may be suspended or cancelled if fraud is suspected.

5.3 Rejection and Cancellation

d333 may reject a withdrawal request in the following circumstances: account verification is incomplete, bonus wagering requirements have not been met, a rule violation is suspected, or due to a technical issue.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

The d333 platform offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers. The specific terms relating to these offers are described below:

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New players will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The following conditions must be met for this bonus to apply:

• Bonus wagering requirement: 15x (deposit + bonus).
• Withdrawals are not permitted until the wagering requirement has been fulfilled.
• Each player may receive the welcome bonus only once.
